Worst business ever. Twice in a row with over 45 minutes after the regular time. The second time I asked for the refund and they stole my money because I didn’t get the food and not even the refund. I called the head office and they told me to get in touch with the online form. I did it but no one replied. Miserables. They stole me 12 pounds!!!
I cannot believe their game: they put the Early Week Treat which involves 30% OFF any pizza Monday to Thursday.
Of course it doesn't work.....I contacted the several times and as this happened already a few times, now I tried to fight for my rights.
Of course the game is always the same: they cheat on you offering you a discount but the discount doesn't apply at the checkout and this way you are tempted to order the pizza anyway and ask the discount later on.
Don't do that!!! As they are not giving you any refund!
They try to convince you are the problem and doing the process wrongly.
I have been their customer for 6 years (trust me : I spent a lot with them ) and they are trying to steal my money.
Awful service and not worth it.

Tend to order from the Lavander hill branch and I cannot fault them on the quality and the quick delivery.

I ordered 2 pizzas last night which arrived almost 2 hours late. It was cold and had none of the toppings on it that I chose. I tried to phone the east village branch but there was no answer. There was no communication from the driver that it was going to be late. We even resorted to buying a frozen pizza as we were appalled by the quality of the firezza pizza. Absolutely disgraceful service.
HIS PLACE AND QUITE FRANKLY THIS WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. The food is not NICE, and lets not even start on hygiene. Its grimy. There are brown spots and patches and i doubt the floor has ever been cleaned.
If you are someone who reads reviews before ordering from somewhere then please take my words into mind. This place is not worth your money. USE it on Pizza hut, or Franco's or something else PLEASE.

Wow. Talk about going from good to bad. We have used these individuals for two years now, based on the advice of friends. I have never trusted their website completely - not really interested in an organisation that peddles this level of
apparent sophistication and then completely ruins both orders and 'rewards' (hint: their firezza 'rewards' do not work, and i will legally attest to that), but after the complete waste of time we have had to deal with after an attempted order from their islington 'branch' - not really sure if it is a branch or just some geezer with a phone - we will be doing everything we can to hand this over to Trading Standards. No one has bothered to deliver any pizza, no refunds have been made, no one seems to be bothered.
Do not order, they spam your mobile with messages & the only way to stop them is to text a premium rate number. I never signed up to these (I ALWAYS make sure I tick / untick to say no marketing). I've reported them to the ICO. I've received EIGHT texts in the last four weeks.
They have some good takeaway offers in lockdown! The website is a bit confusing, but once you find out how to apply the discount everything works fine. The pizza is delicious and thats the main thing.
The order never turned up. Telephone number didn’t work. My money has been taken. Now I have to battle to get it back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
After waiting an hour for my pizzas to arrive I decided to call Firezza. I was told that there was a problem with the system and that I'd have to wait another 30 minutes. At no point did I receive an apology. True to their word, the pizzas arrived 30 minutes later, delivered by a driver with all the charm of Lurch from The Addams Family. Upon unboxing these much-hyped pizzas (according to the flyer I received through my door) I was met by two mediocre, slightly congealed looking pizzas. Firezza had obviously been frugal with the toppings and forgotten that Luke-warm pizzas is NOT pleasant. Thank goodness I didn't pay full price for them but even with a discount the food was not worth the price.
The only nice thing I can say about this whole experience is that a very polite member of staff bothered to call me to check if I had received the pizzas.

Firstly, if you have a dietary need, AVOID THEM. It's a serious safety issue for people with allergies.
I've ordered from Firezza for two years. Never again. I ordered a vegan pizza which when delivered, was covered in salami. I thought this had to be a mistake, and was hopeful that it was maybe a type of vegan salami. When I called, the team member argued with me when I just wanted to know what it was. She then hung up on me because it was 11.03 and they closed at 11pm. She even went as far to pretend that the phone line was cutting out. It really wasn't.
Long story short, I've emailed them a couple times to ask their customer service team to rectify the experience. Not knowing what the topping was, the pizza was inedible, and I really just wanted an explanation about how meat ended up on my vegan pizza. They've ignored all my emails and my Facebook messages.
Mistakes happen but just the poor customer service has been incredibly disappointing. If you have a dietary need, AVOID THEM. This was just an unknown meat ingredient on a vegan dish, but I hate to think what could happen to someone with an allergy and not just a dietary choice.
Firezza awful company !!!
We order pizza on 26.09 On their website which crash few times, in the end we received the pizza Around 20.00 at 23.00 we had 2 delivery pizza guys, hostile at our door Step with Hamlet on , claiming we had not paid 20 pound, we gave them the money as we felt intimidated by them, in the morning. We found out ,in addition they charged us twice by card don’t use Criminal company behavior !!! With untrained staff .
